Apple is planning to issue dollar-denominated bonds in six-tranche deal

Apple Inc. AAPL, +0.05% has filed a preliminary prospectus for a six-tranche bond deal, underwritten by Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley.
